For October’s monthly round-up, we have some great news to share with you!

We hope you will join us as we welcome our new Backend Web Developer, Alexandra!

We are so excited to have Alexandra join our team. Watch out for her new feature releases over the next month.

In the meantime, read on to find out what else has been happening here at Coherent, throughout October.

What’s new with Coherent?

Redesigned PAYG tariff creation page – We’ve redesigned the creation page for Pay As You Go tariffs to make it easier to set them up, make the page more consistent with the rest of the app, and make it easier for us to add new features into it in the future. We also fixed a bug where the hidden code field wasn’t working as expected.
Download invoices as PDFs – We’ve made it much easier for Hosts and Members to download invoice PDFs. We’ve made the process smoother, and added the ability to download Current invoices before they’re raised. Monthly members will receive their invoice PDFs in the ‘New invoice’ emails they receive each month, and PAYG members will now get an email including the PDF, when the invoice for their booking is due.
Redesigned Operator/Host login & signup pages – We’ve given your landing pages a bit of a refresh, so now when you invite a new Host to join your workspace, they’ll receive a much cleaner welcome to your space.
Bug fixes – We fixed a few bugs relating to the Billing and Team page in the CRM. Things are now back to running as they should be.
Admin tools – We’ve added some admin tools to enhance our customer support, and make it simpler for us to direct you to exactly where you need to be in the app.

What’s on the horizon?

Next month we’re looking forward to adding a Files page in the CRM. This will allow hosts to store any files they need, against any members they want.

Along with this, we will be carrying out an overhaul of the Organisation page, some improvements to manual charges and further tweaks to the redesigned landing pages.
