Business Development Manager


Coherent is a SaaS application which specializes in simplifying the task of flexible workspace management.  We have been trading for three years in the UK and are launching internationally in September. As part of that, we are expanding our team and establishing a presence in Munich.  We are post revenue, fully-funded by our founder and not dependent on external funding sources.

We are currently a team of 4 (including product owner/manager).  We are looking for a business development manager to join the existing team.  We offer the option of fully remote working or to be based in one of our coworking spaces in Bristol or Frome.  We are a loyal, supportive team with a flat management structure.  You will be treated like an adult, with a high level of autonomy and flexibility in how you work. 

This role will primarily involve overseeing our existing customer relationships, and build new ones, on a national and international level. You will be in charge of creating and managing all marketing activities, maintaining and developing relationships with our partners, and will work with a product manager to help shape future feature development. 

You will ideally have:

  • A background in Marketing and/or Sales

  • Experience designing marketing campaigns and digital content

  • Experience working closely with customers and leads

  • Knowledge of how to manage a CRM system

  • Familiarity with the Squarespace website builder

  • Excellent communication skills in English

  • Proficiency in a second European language (not compulsory)
