Our last update of 2017 ๐ŸŽ„

We've just released our final update for the year - we've spent the last few weeks tidying up some loose ends, fixing some outstanding bugs and getting prepared for some of the big features we'll be working on next year. Here's a list of what's included in this update:

Improved Mailchimp integration - If you've connected Coherent to your Mailchimp account, all Organisation Admins & Members will now be added to your chosen Mailchimp list. If they update their info in Coherent, it'll be updated in Mailchimp. And, if you want to, you can select a second Mailchimp list so that if someone unsubscribes from your workspace in Coherent, they'll be removed from the first list and added to the second. This way you can still email them with updates, news or retargeting campaigns

Fixed invitation emails - Some of the invitation emails that are sent from Coherent weren't displaying the correct information, and some of them were just outdated, so we've updated them all

Notification reminders - If you send Notifications in Coherent, and your members haven't read them, we'll send them a nudge email to check their dashboard

Fixed tariff create page - There were some issues when creating tariffs when it came to choosing between Shared access or Dedicated access - we've fixed this now

Fixed upcoming bookings widget - The widget on your Workspace dashboard that displays upcoming bookings was displaying too many days into the future. It'll now show all bookings Today and Tomorrow

Storing unsubscribe date - When someone unsubscribes from your workspace, we now store the date they unsubscribed. This means that if you the notice period on their tariff after they've unsubscribed, their membership will still be cancelled on the correct date as of when they unsubscribed

Delayed activation emails - When a member delays their activation date, we send them an email letting them know when their first invoice will be sent out. They were displaying the wrong month so we've fixed that

Error when signing up to hidden tariff - Members that were trying to sign up to a hidden tariff were getting an error caused by our recent T&Cs update - we've now fixed this
